Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms

By visiting rebuildheragain.com, using the Rebuild Her Again app, submitting a form, or buying a digital product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms work alongside the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Text Message Terms and the AI Disclosure. Where a more specific page covers a subject, that page governs it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian’s knowledge, and do not make a purchase without their permission.

2. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by RhondazStyle LLC, a limited liability company in the United States. Throughout these terms, “I” and “me” mean Rhonda Sampson and RhondazStyle LLC, and “you” means the person using the site.

The way to reach me is the contact form. I do not publish an email address or telephone number, and every message is read by a real person. You will hear back within 48 hours.

3. What is offered here

Features described as “coming soon” are exactly that. They are shown so you know what is planned, not sold as though they already exist, and nothing is charged for them.

4. The Rebuild Her Again app

The app runs in your browser and can be installed on your phone. There is no account, no sign-up and no password.

What you write stays on your device. Journal entries, prayers, saved passages, progress and vision boards are stored in your own browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded to me, not analysed, and not shared. I cannot read them, and I cannot recover them for you.

Two consequences follow from that, and both are worth knowing before you rely on it:

• Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, uninstalling the app or switching to a different device or browser will remove what you have written. Use the Export option in My Journey to keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.
• Because nothing is on a server, there is no backup for me to restore. The export file is the backup.

If an optional account and sync are offered in future, they will be opt-in, clearly explained, and off until you choose them.

5. Encouragement, not professional advice

If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number straight away, or in the United States call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are unwell, speak to a doctor. Please do not delay care because something you read here was comforting.

Style, confidence and career material is shared from experience. It is offered in good faith and is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

6. Buying a digital product

Prices are shown in US dollars and payment is processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Your card details are handled by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy.

By completing a purchase you confirm that:

• the payment method is yours, or you have permission to use it;
• the email address you give is one you can actually reach, because that is where your download goes;
• you are asking for delivery to begin immediately, and you have read the Refund Policy.

An order is accepted when payment clears and the product is delivered. If a price is displayed wrongly because of an obvious error, I may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a mistake.

7. What you may do with what you buy

When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it yourself, for as long as you like. You do not receive ownership of the work itself.

You may read it, print a copy for your own use, write in it, and use it in your own prayer, study and reflection.

You may not resell it, give copies away, upload it to a file -sharing site or public group, post its pages publicly, use it to create a competing product, or feed it to an AI system for training.

Using something with a church, small group or organisation is usually a yes — but ask first through the contact form so it can be arranged properly.

8. Everything else on the site

The text, photography, design, code and brand names on this site belong to RhondazStyle LLC unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page freely and quote a short passage with credit. You may not copy the site, republish its content, or use the name or logo as though the work were yours.

Scripture in the Rebuild Her Again app is taken from the World English Bible, British Edition, which is in the public domain and free to use without permission. Brand typefaces are licensed for use on this site and are not redistributed.

9. Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• break the site, or try to get into any part of it that is not public;
• scrape it, or run automated tools against it at a volume that affects other people;
• submit anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately false through a form;
• impersonate anyone, or pretend a message comes from me;
• use the site or its products for anything unlawful.

If a testimonial or message you submit is published, you confirm it is truthful and yours to give, and you allow it to be shown on the site. It can be removed on request through the contact form.

10. Other people’s services and links

This site relies on a small number of outside services — Stripe for payment, Formspree for form delivery, and Vercel for hosting. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and the Privacy Policy lists them.

Links to other websites are offered for convenience. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, their accuracy or what they do with your information.

11. Availability

The site is offered as it is, and as it happens to be available. I do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Pages, prices, features and content may change, and a feature may be withdrawn.

If a paid product is withdrawn, that does not affect the copy you already downloaded — it remains yours to keep under section 7.

12. Limits on responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, RhondazStyle LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any decision you make based on something you read here. This includes journal entries or vision boards lost when browser data is cleared — section 4 explains why I cannot recover them, and how to keep your own copy.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and we each agree to that venue.

If you are a consumer in another country, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory law that applies where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the site grows. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

If a section is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
