The Inside-Out Rebuild · The Method, Written Down

Self-Esteem &
Fashion Prayer Book

This is not 162 pages of inspiration. It is guided work — the process Rhonda used to rebuild her own life, written down so you can walk it yourself. Creating Your Unique Style from the Inside Out, based on God’s Word, His healing, His forgiveness and His principles.

Before You Decide

Four Questions, Answered First

You should know what this is and where it came from before anyone asks you for money.

What was Rhonda rebuilding from?

In her own words: “There were seasons I had no clue who I was — in between being and becoming my best self.” The book was born out of that stretch, not after it was tidily resolved.

What did she discover?

That a wardrobe cannot rebuild a woman whose confidence is gone. She had spent years helping women change how they looked on the outside, and found the work that actually mattered was underneath the clothes.

What process did she develop?

A sequence: clear the space, name who you are becoming, forgive, take responsibility, rebuild confidence, step past what is comfortable, set goals and boundaries — and build yourself again. Grounded in Scripture and prayer throughout.

What will I actually do inside?

Write. Not read. There are exercises, prompts, self-assessment, planning pages and journaling space. It is a workbook you fill in, which is why it is 162 pages rather than 40.

There were seasons I had no clue who I was — in between being and becoming my best self. This book was born out of that journey.

What came out of it was a process, not a pep talk. 162 pages of Holy Spirit–inspired prayer, reflection and practical work — written for the woman who looks in the mirror and does not recognise what she sees. It begins by clearing your space, moves through forgiveness and self-worth, and ends with you building yourself again on purpose.

Every page pairs Scripture and prayer with something to actually do — because what you put on each morning should start with who you are, not just what you wear.

The Method

Nine Movements, in the Order They Come

This is the sequence the book walks you through. It is deliberate: you cannot set a boundary before you know who you are, and you cannot rebuild on a foundation you have not forgiven.

  1. 1

    Fresh Start

Clear out your space to free your mind, with real guidance on what to let go of and how to give it away. It is the first exercise in the book for a reason — nothing else lands while you are surrounded by what you have outgrown.

  2. 2

    The Best Version of Yourself

Describe her, in writing, across seven areas of your life. Not a wish — a description specific enough to aim at.

  3. 3

    Forgiveness

The work most rebuilding stalls on. Grounded in His forgiveness rather than your ability to summon it.

  4. 4

Changing Yourself, Not Everyone Around You

Moving from blaming what happened to you toward what is now yours to carry. This is the hinge of the whole process.

  5. 5

    Rebuilding Self-Esteem & Confidence

Self-esteem exercises that ask you to write, not to agree. Confidence gets rebuilt by evidence, and here you are the one gathering it.

  6. 6

    Beyond the Comfort Zone

Naming what you have avoided, and the first step past it that is small enough to actually take this week.

  7. 7

    Goals & a Roadmap

Goal-setting and planning pages, so reflection turns into a plan with dates on it instead of a good feeling that fades by Thursday.

  8. 8

    Boundaries

Establishing them, and keeping them, without needing everyone to agree that you were right to.

  9. 9

    Building Me Again

The closing activity, and the point of all of it. Not going back to who you were — building the woman you have just spent 162 pages describing.

Movement Two, In Detail

The Seven Areas You Describe

“Best version of yourself” is vague until you have to write it down seven times.

  • Spiritual
  • Emotional
  • Physical
  • Economic
  • Romantic
  • Friendship
  • Relationships

Actual Pages, With Their Real Page Numbers

Introduction & User’s Guide

The book opens by telling you how to use it — signed by Rhonda. It calls itself a prayer journal and planner, which is the honest description of what you are holding.

The Fresh Start Exercise

Clean out your space to free your mind, with practical guidelines for what to donate. The first real task in the book, and the one that makes room for the other eight.

My Thoughts

A lined journaling page. Pages like this recur throughout — the book assumes you will need somewhere to put what comes up, because it will.

After the Book

The Same Work, Every Day

The Prayer Book is the method written down. Rebuild Her Again is the method you carry. Fourteen guided journeys, a private journal that never leaves your device, and a vision board studio — free, no account, works offline.

Every journey ends by naming the part of this book that takes it further. They were built to be used together, and neither one is a teaser for the other.

  • Fourteen journeys — Scripture, reflection, prayer and one step, for where you actually are today.
  • A private journal. Everything you write stays on your device. Never uploaded, never analysed.
  • Vision Board Studio — movement two of the method, in a form you can look at.
  • Works offline, and installs to your phone like an app.

Words to Carry With You

Confidence, Wholeness & Self-Love

A few of the truths woven through all 162 pages — say them out loud until you believe them.

You are beautiful. You are amazing. Say it out loud — especially on the days you don’t yet feel it.
On confidence
Wholeness isn’t something you earn. It’s who God already made you to be — you’re simply remembering.
On wholeness
Never dim your light for anyone.
On self-worth
Be your own kind of beautiful. Your unique style starts on the inside and works its way out.
On self-love
When I change, everything around me changes.
On becoming
