Rebuild Her Again
You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going. Start with what you need right now — and get a Scripture, a reflection and one real next step.
A Scripture for You
“The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.”
Psalm 34:18 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
Broken doesn’t mean finished. Some of the strongest women I know are standing in the middle of something they haven’t told anyone about yet. You are allowed to not be okay today and still be moving forward.
Your Next Step
Say one true thing out loud about where you actually are right now. Not the edited version. The real one.
A Scripture for You
“being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Philippians 1:6 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
Confidence isn’t a feeling you wait for. It gets built every time you keep showing up before you feel ready. The work God started in you is not waiting on your confidence to catch up.
Your Next Step
Do one small thing today that you’d normally only do if you felt confident. Send the email. Ask the question. Walk in first.
A Scripture for You
“The LORD himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged.””
Deuteronomy 31:8 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
There is a difference between being by yourself and being alone. You may be carrying this season without much company — but you were never sent into it unaccompanied.
Your Next Step
Reach out to one person this week. Not for advice. Just so someone knows where you are.
A Scripture for You
“Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
Isaiah 43:19 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
Starting over feels like losing ground. It usually isn’t. It’s the part nobody photographs — the wilderness before the road shows up. New things rarely announce themselves. They spring up quietly.
Your Next Step
Write down one thing you are not taking with you into this next chapter.
A Scripture for You
“Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.””
Joshua 1:9 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
Courage isn’t the absence of fear — it’s fear that got walked through anyway. Faith + Fear + Courage + Action. That’s the whole equation, and fear stays in it.
Your Next Step
Name the thing you’ve been avoiding, and give it a date on your calendar.
A Scripture for You
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Proverbs 3:5–6 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
You don’t need the whole map. You need the next step, and enough light to take it. Direction usually shows up in motion, not in waiting.
Your Next Step
Stop trying to decide the next five years. Decide the next thing, and do it this week.
A Scripture for You
“In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
Philippians 4:6 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
You don’t have to have the right words. Anxiety is not a disqualification from prayer — it’s usually the invitation to it. Bring it as it is.
Your Next Step
Pray one honest sentence. That’s enough to start.
A Scripture for You
“For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.”
2 Timothy 1:7 · WEBRhonda’s Reflection
Shrinking is a habit, not a personality. Most women I meet don’t lack a voice — they’ve just been trained to apologize for it. That training can be undone.
Your Next Step
In your next meeting or conversation, say the thing you’d normally hold back. Once.
Rebuild Her Again
Faith, confidence and one real next step — for your spirit and your everyday journey.
Sixty-eight feelings to choose from — it starts with how you actually feel — not with a verse you already have to know. Each one gives you Scripture, a plain-language explanation, a reflection, a guided prayer, something to say out loud, a journal prompt and one next step.
- A private journal. Everything you write stays on your device. It is never uploaded and never analysed.
- Works offline. Install it and the journeys are there on a plane, in a waiting room, anywhere.
- Nothing to keep up with. No streaks to break, no guilt, no notifications you didn’t ask for.
- A vision board studio. Build what you are believing for from your own photos and your own words. Nothing is uploaded.
- Free to use. No account, no email required to start.

Meet Rhonda
Author. Speaker. Stylist.
The translator in the room.
Rhonda Sampson helps women rebuild their confidence, rediscover their voice, and reconnect with who they were created to be. She writes and speaks from the place most of us actually live — in between being and becoming.
For more than fifteen years she has worked across classified DoD networks, Fortune 500 enterprises — GE, Hewlett-Packard, Newell Rubbermaid — pharmaceutical compliance programs, and a global 24/7 ministry call center she directed. Different worlds, one recurring job: being the person who could talk to everybody. She has built the training programs, written the documentation, run the onboarding, and led the teams as a network team lead, Scrum project manager and call center director.
That strength in teaching, mentoring and building trust was deepened by years of full-time family caregiving. It is not a line she skips over — it is where the patience came from. She is also a fashion stylist, Christian author and empowerment speaker, and the author of the RhondazStyle Self-Esteem & Fashion Prayer Book, which teaches that true style and lasting confidence begin from the inside out.
Closet Transformation Without Overspending
The right outfit not only feels stylish and comfortable — it reflects your personality and lifestyle. With so many trends and options available, it can feel overwhelming to know what truly works for you.
Partnering with me as your stylist helps you navigate the noise — refining, discovering, and defining a look that feels authentically tailored to you. What really sets my work apart is making your existing wardrobe feel brand new: uncovering hidden gems in your closet and turning familiar pieces into fresh, elevated looks.
Because great style isn’t about having an overflowing closet — it’s about knowing how to wear what you have with confidence, personality, and intention.
Helping women love their wardrobes again.
